They serve food that is guided by the seasons and made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients, usually from their own gardens. They also produce award winning bubbles (NewsteadBrut & Rosé) and wines like, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Lunch is served in the vineyard or on the veranda overlooking the vineyard.
