We often visit The Village Mall Rocco Mamas. Why. From the Manager Dave to all the staff friendliness and welcoming us makes us to come back. Sello has been our waiter his attention to detail cleanliness and utmost dedication is very appreciated. We always take the parents (over80) with us. The first time we ordered ribs we cut the ribs for them hem to make it easier. When we next visited Sello spoke to chef and the ribs were already cut. What amazing service. I e also got to know Anton the chef he introduced us to the cheese jalapeños bombs. What an amazing delicious started that we will have in the future. I think Dave’s management needs to take credit for the amazing staff he has. I believe it is the way the staff are trained and treated. We feel we are coming to family when we come visit Rocco Mamas. We were quite excited to try Rocomamas since we'd heard great things about the food. The venue at Irene is a bit odd for a restaurant as it is quite small and there isn't much seating space. As a result, they are always full and you have to wait quite long for a table. Eventually we decided to order take out. The order to exceptionally long (we waited 30 mins) for two burgers and fries. The kitchen is open so you can see how the staff were working their tails off to get the food out but there is one small grill for the burgers and a tiny fryer for the fries. So basically the owner doesn't have a big enough kitchen and facility for the type of business he wants. When we did eat the food it was really nice and well made. It is just a pity that the dining area and waiting times put people off from eating there.
