The Hub Cafe is super excited about its brand new food offering of a tapas sharing menu with Chef Dylan Laity at the helm. Diners are now privileged to watch to Chef Dylan and his team hard at work in the theatre of food.
The aim of the Hub Cafe along with Chef Dylan is to change the landscape of eating in the deep south, to offer a unique and special small plates menu and to become a destination restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Hub Cafe's new menu is based on modern South African cuisine with influences from Chef Dylan's travels abroad. Diners can expect bold flavour marriages with a grounded approach to cuisine and often some interested South African twists.
