Meticulously crafted by winemaker Lizelle Gerber, Boschendal's first Method Cap Classique, the Grande Cuvée Brut 2006, was blended with 58% pinot noir and 42% chardonnay, and matured for two years, resulting in a complex, creamy bubbly.
Characterized by green apple, citrus and almond notes, the sparkle has a rich, balanced mouth feel and elegant finish. Perfectly paired with sea-fresh salmon and oysters, as well as pâtés and rich chicken dishes.
