Two Top 10 chefs to collaborate for exclusive dinners this September

Following the success of their first collaboration in May, reigning Eat Out S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna Chef of the Year Gregory Czarnecki of The Restaurant at Waterkloof and 2014 Chef of the Year Chantel Dartnall of Restaurant Mosaic at The Orient are set to join forces in the kitchen once again for two exclusive dinners this September.

Celebrating the chefs’ shared culinary philosophy and contemporary style, the special nine-course menu will fuse their combined skills and highlight their unique talents with exquisite plating. The wines on the evening will be selected from both the Mosaic and Waterkloof cellars, and will be served along with S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna mineral waters.

While the menu has yet to be revealed, guests can look forward to the same calibre of dishes served at the May event, which included African Aromas, with madumbi, soetdoring smoke and venison; Soup du Jour with cauliflower, goose-liver mousse and Brussels sprouts; and the Tidal Pool with salmon ceviche, verbena aspic, vanilla, and seaweed salad.
