The final leg of the international competition will see the chefs preparing and presenting a signature dish to a jury of seven international judges. Known as the “Seven Sages”, the impressive group includes former Eat Out Chef of the Year David Higgs, as well as Carlo Cracco, Gaggan Anand, Elena Arzak, Mauro Colagreco, Wylie Dufresne and Roberta Sudbrack. A single winner will be chosen, following extensive evaluation based on the criteria of the five “Golden Rules” of ingredients, skill, genius, beauty and message.
