Meuse Farm in Hout Bay to host exciting dining experiences

Meuse Farm, situated in Hout Bay, is an organic farm specialising in the cultivation of premium vegetables, herbs, and dye plants. Catering to discerning chefs, local artisans, and home cooks who value quality produce, the farm has built lasting relationships with Eat Out star restaurants like FYN, Salsify at the Roundhouse, and the Chefs Warehouse Group over seven successful seasons. Farmer Iming Lin is dedicated to selecting seed varieties known for their superior taste, often developed over decades. Her farming practices prioritize soil health, contributing to the flavour and vitality of the plants. The result is a meticulous harvesting process that ensures vegetables are delivered to restaurants and customers at their peak ripeness.

Over the next few weeks, members of the public will be able to join some of the interactive dining activities at Meuse. See below!
