Renowned pastry chef and chocolatier Kirsten Tibballs, affectionately known as ‘the Queen of Chocolate’, will be in South Africa in May 2024. Not only is she an internationally acclaimed culinary artist, she is the sole ambassador in Australia for the leading chocolate manufacturer, Callebaut. Callebaut is a Belgian couverture chocolate brand with over 100 years of expertise. Callebaut has a goal to inspire chefs to craft at their best; that goal is supported by selecting the finest beans for well-rounded flavours and a workability that never fails.

3. Location Restrictions: Entrants from any location may participate, but transportation assistance will not be provided. Participants from the Western Cape may find it more convenient.
4. Transportation: Winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the location.
5. Prize Conditions: The prize is intended for dedicated winners only and is not transferrable.
6. Age Requirement: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above only.
