The Event

Make an occasion out of any event with this cocktail of seasonal granadilla, pineapple chunks, vanilla and vodka.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

50ml Grey Goose vodka

20ml vanilla infused syrup

1 fresh granadilla

3 small pineapple chunks

squeezed juice of 1 lemon wedge

Method

Muddle the pineapple and granadilla with vanilla syrup. Add all other ingredients to a shaker. Fill with ice cubes, shake until chilled and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with half a granadilla.
