Our experience at hussar grill has always been average ,but as we are situated in the area we support them. Today we had a light lunch at simply asia,and my daughter on cruches needed a bathroom.we didnt want her to use the bathrooms one floor down at the gym,so she asked the owner of hussar it is possible to quickly use theirs.he refused and was extremely rude with thw kids. I walked up to him and explained her situation .he just got more rude and said he doesnt need our bussiness.he had company who i believed was his wife and a older friend who was so embarrased. I could believe that a franchiseholder would act that way representing a bigger group. A thumbs down to this restaurant.they are not in to serve the community that visits them rain or sunshine. Spend your money wisely at calcuccio and caffe magnifico family restaurants.we cannot afford to dine at restaurants where there is no compassion for our familys.
