This used to be a small restaurant tucked in the corner of the Wedge Shopping Center and, yes, the food was nice. The restaurant has moved to much bigger premises and, at first glance, it looks lovely - modern and well decorated... until you sit at your table! The lovely table cloths are covered in a sheet of thin, see through plastic. A little odd, but, perhaps, to minimize laundry costs. This would have been OK, I guess, for a take away place, but not OK for a would-be upmarket restaurant. Furthermore the plastic does not get replaced between sitting, instead it is wiped down with a grimey, wet cloth! Of course the menu measures up to the original one and the food is good, but this does not make up for the out of stock affordable wines and, I'm harping on it, the plastic sheeting. But that's not all ... my husband went to the gents and bumped into one of the chefs/kitchen staff coming out of a toilet stall, cigarette in hand, filthy uniform and .... wait for it .... blowing his nose into his hand and wiping it on his trousers! Need I say that we'll never be back?
