Owner's description
This beautiful patisserie also sports a boulangerie section. Patrick, master pastry chef was locally known for being at Cassis in Cape Town but before that renowned in the patisseries of Paris, London, even Bangkok and Las Vegas.
He has spent nearly 30 years in the patisserie business. Laurent, originally from Renion, put himself through the major patisseries of Paris, to emerge with his patisserie honours and a love for breads.
