Owner's description

Don’t you think eating a meal is just better when someone else does all the cooking and cleaning? We do too. That’s why we invite you to enjoy some fine dining and first class service at our selection of on-site restaurants. With our lovingly tendered in-house vegetable gardens and our range of seasonal organic and locally sourced produce from the Midlands, we offer you the best dishes prepared and overseen by our chef Emily.

Our recent dining experience at Skyfall Premium Restaurant left us with very disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone. Despite the inviting atmosphere and attentive waiter, a few aspects of the meal fell short of the fine dining expectations set by the restaurant. The starters were beautifully presented, setting high expectations for the rest of the meal. The evening concluded on a sour note with the dessert course, specifically the "Fruits Inspired by Jackson Pollock." The menu had promised a vibrant composition of "assorted berries, Turkish delight, fruit gels, coulis, coconut crumble, and mango sorbet." Regrettably, what arrived at our table was far from the artistic masterpiece described. Instead we received a disappointing concoction resembling goo with mushy berries. Not only was it unappetizing, but it also failed to meet the standards proclaimed on the restaurant's website. Furthermore, all the desserts featured the same mushy berries, a monotonous and unsatisfying element that detracted from the overall dining experience. In conclusion, while Skyfall Restaurant has some positive attributes, the overall experience was marred by the subpar desserts and the mismatch between the fine dining promise and the delivered experience. Unfortunately I can’t recommend Skyfall Premium Restaurant for those seeking a truly exceptional dining experience.
