You can give your creations a bold personality by sprucing them up with various garnishes such as lavender – a warm and wildly aromatic choice if you like your drink on the floral side. For a punchy and savoury cocktail garnish, experiment with rosemary to give your cocktail a sweet flavour profile. If you are after a menthol kick, add some star anise, which also enhances your drink visually. Peppercorns are also eye-catching in any G&T, as they merrily bounce amid ice cubes. If you really want to be the talk of the town, go all out by using unique and different glasses, and don’t be afraid to be creative by using edible paint, or you could decorate the rim with some colourful sprinkles.
Cheers and enjoy!
