If you don't look like you are from a township or enjoy club volume township tunes don't bother. You will be forgotten about and may EVENTALLY get the food you ordered. Perhaps drinking gets you more attention. Who know?

A real traditional experience.

Chaf Pozi was superb on Saturday the 17th of September 2011. It was colourfull with both balck and white supporters of Kazier chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Springbok supporters proudly behind their times and enjoying the lovely amosphere.Chaf Pozi staff keep up the good work.

Wow what an excellent place and experience, 20 of us spent the afternoon there before the rugby test, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness service was excellent and the food was superb helpings were over generous. Excellent venue will definitely be going again. Well done.

Chaf Pozi (which means “our secret place”), is an upmarket Shebeen-style restaurant nestled at the foot of the iconic Orlando Towers in Soweto.My experience of Chaf-Pozi started before the World Cup and have been a regular ever since...I literally got hooked on the food. My friends and I always have a good time. Whether its for phuza Thursday specials or just for the refined kasi experience in the weekend or like recently for the Springbok rugby, the chaf as it has now become known (amongst the very big circle of regulars) always delivers good food, awesome service and ambience like no other in the township.I have great memories mingling with the tourists however its us the locals who rule this hide out.We are thrilled to be going back on Saturday for a birthday party for one of my mates....its going to be a party party party!!!!
