An industry that was brought to its knees. We want to commemorate and remember a year that changed everything. Restaurants have found themselves having to innovate, adapt, close their doors, reopen them, and at times close them yet again. The people who work in them have shown strength and determination through the toughest of times. And while much has been lost, we are now called upon to look towards a new future.
