Hudson’s Burger Joint is an American-style diner home to only two specialised cuts of house-ground beef especially selected for burgers.
Ingredients are all locally sourced and made fresh daily. Innovative hand-made toppings include roasted garlic mayonnaise, onion marmalade (caramelised on a low heat for 8 hours) and, for a more spicy option, the mint and jalapeno salsa.
There are also non-beef options like ostrich, and chickpea and lentil patties for vegetarians.
